Q – How safe is my information that I give you if I place an order? 

Your privacy is very important to us at Travel Luggage Plus. Any information we collect including name, address, phone, email and credit card information is kept confidential (see the https – the “s” means a secure site) and is used to establish a service and will never be shared with anyone else.

Q – If I give you my email address to sign up for a newsletter etc., will I get a bunch of junk email?

No, collection of your name and email address is used to improve the content on our website for individual comsumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. We do not share this information with anyone. If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email that you do not want to continue to receive emails.

Q – How soon can I expect my order to arrive? 

Travel Luggage Plus ships all orders UPS. We strive to ship our products within 2-4 business days. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered, you will be emailed with additional tracking numbers or notified of the backorder date when the item is expected to ship. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. If multiple items are purchased, items may be shipped from separate warehouses and may arrive separately.

Q – What is your return policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within  *10 days of purchase.
* Note: Coach, Gucci and Christian Dior product purchases are FINAL. We will accept a return if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process.

All discrepancies of an order must be reported to Travel Luggage Plus by email within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

Other items (except Coach, Gucci and Christian Dior) – we will refund your purchase price, or replace the item (not including shipping and handling), for any item that does not meet your expectations. (New and unused condition).

Q – Are your designer handbags and luggage authentic? 

Travel Luggage Plus guarantees that all products are 100% authentic, made by the brand we identity them with. They are all new with tags.
